Harajuku's concept brings together Japanese culinary techniques with unexpected ingredients: foie gras, truffle, Angus beef, tempura and tuna all feature in the signature rolls, including the Harajuku Roll, Angus Roll, Ogui Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll. Fresh fish — tuna and salmon in particular — forms the foundation, and the elaborate presentation of every dish is a defining characteristic throughout the menu.
