Tortilla as a concept

Everything on the menu revolves around the tortilla. Alongside the classic version, there are numerous other variations to choose from, including seasonal specials and a rotating tortilla of the week. If you'd like to try several flavours at once, the tasting plate is the way to go — six slices served in different variations. Standout varieties include squid (chipirones), octopus, truffle, sobrasada and mojo picón. Vegan tortilla options are also a permanent fixture on the menu. To accompany your tortilla, there's a selection of homemade spreads and sides, including a sun-dried tomato pâté, a salmon and pistachio pâté, hummus, and a brownie.
