Fitz Mallorca is the latest reinvention of the island's most famous club building: since 16 July 2026, Madrid-based Grupo Sounds has taken over the former Tito's on the Paseo Marítimo — branded "The House of Artists", with an international DJ programme and room for more than 700 guests high above the bay of Palma.
A building with history
The house on Av. Gabriel Roca has hosted entertainment since 1923 — Charlie Chaplin, Grace Kelly and Sean Connery are all said to have passed through. For decades it was the legendary Tito's, which closed in 2021. In 2023 the Ibiza brand Lío moved in with a dinner-show concept, but gave up in early 2026 after only a few seasons. With Fitz, the building returns to being a pure club — the multi-storey glass façade overlooking the marina and cathedral and the glass lift remain its trademarks.
Concept & music
Behind Fitz stands Grupo Sounds, founded in Madrid and already running Fitz clubs there and in Marbella (plus venues such as Teatro Barceló and Castellana 8). The brand calls itself "The House of Artists": a stage for the big names of their genres — its sister clubs have hosted artists like Nicky Jam, Travis Scott and Ozuna. The opening on 16 July 2026 featured PAWSA, Nic Fanciulli and Miguelle & Tons, from 6:30 pm through 6 am.
Tickets & programme
The programme runs through the event calendar on fitzmallorca.com, which also handles tickets and table reservations. Expect a packed summer schedule for the 2026 opening season — current dates are on the website and on Instagram (@fitzmallorca).
