Quesadillas — including versions with pastor and chicken — and tacos al pastor are among the dishes that draw particular praise. Gorditas also feature on the menu. On the drinks side, micheladas and margaritas are equally well regarded. One dish that really stands out is the dorichasca — a traditional speciality from Aguascalientes that is rarely found anywhere on Mallorca.
