Mestís is a kitchen built on fusion: a Mediterranean foundation meets Mexican and Japanese influences, all prepared with locally sourced produce from Mallorca. Every dish seeks balance, intensity and contrast — layered flavours and techniques in constant dialogue with one another. The menu shifts with the seasons and whatever produce is at its best. Tacos, ceviche and prawn burgers sit alongside cannelloni, tuna tostadas and black fish with tortillas. Cocktails — including margaritas, mezcal drinks and a pisco sour — round things off beautifully. Vegetarian options are a genuine, considered part of the offering.
