The menu is deliberately concise: choose from Casareccie, Maccheroni and Pappardelle, each paired with a selection of pesto sauces. On offer are Pesto Classico (basil, pine nuts, Parmesan), Pesto Trapanese (fresh tomatoes, almonds, basil, Parmesan), Pesto Pomodori secchi e Nocciole (sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, hazelnut), Pesto di Zucchini e Gamberi (courgette, pine nuts, Parmesan, prawns), and a Carbonara made with Black Pig Sobrasada. A rotating daily specials board rounds things off, while Tiramisu and Affogato are the standout desserts.
