Description

Platja de Camp de Mar is a sandy beach in the small coastal village of Camp de Mar, tucked into a sheltered bay framed by pine trees and rocky outcrops in the south-west of Mallorca.

Beach & Water

The beach combines fine sand with scattered pebbles and sits within a sheltered bay whose water is exceptionally clear and calm. The gently sloping seabed makes it a great destination for families with children. Look down from the shallows and you'll spot fish close to the shore — snorkelling is a favourite pastime here.

The Island Restaurant on the Jetty

A small islet sits in the middle of the bay, reached by a wooden jetty. The restaurant there is one of the bay's most distinctive features and draws plenty of visitors, so booking a table well in advance is strongly recommended.

A Lively Stretch of Shore

Bars and restaurants line the beach, keeping the atmosphere lively and ensuring you're never far from refreshments. An Eroski supermarket sits right on the beachfront. The beach is popular and can get very busy, particularly at weekends and during the summer months.
