Mediterranean Seasonal Cuisine

Head chef Aleix Viada has been at the stove since 2004, serving Mediterranean seasonal cuisine that includes homemade pasta as well as rice dishes. Fish and seafood take centre stage: sea bass, sole, paella, calamari, mussels, octopus and cod feature regularly on the menu. Vegetarian options are also available.

Bar & Cocktails

Alongside the restaurant, Randemar runs a cocktail bar. Cocktails — including the Bramble, Cosmopolitan, Mojito and Paloma — as well as white sangria are firm favourites with guests.
