The name says it all: at Humo, everything revolves around the brasa – the charcoal grill. The menu features premium cuts and maduradas (aged cuts) alongside fish and seafood. Meat options include chuletón, picanha, entrecôte and wagyu, while the seafood side of things covers grilled pulpo, scallops and a variety of fish. The chuletón is priced by weight at the table. Starters include wagyu croquettes, steak tartare with bone marrow, grilled artichokes and vieiras with piparras. The desserts – including a selection of homemade sweets – are a highlight in their own right. A children's menu is also available.
