The Pisco Sour, scallops, cod and pork taquitos are also repeatedly singled out. For a fuller journey through the kitchen, the tasting menu is well worth exploring, and is appreciated for its balance, elegant presentation and value for money.

The interior is bright and airy, with striking light installations that blend sculpture and illumination to create visual focal points throughout the space.
