The recipes behind these Mallorcan specialities are explained throughout the night and handed to you at the end — making dinner a cooking lesson at the same time. The experience can be booked via Airbnb, and both delivery and takeaway are also available.

The evening takes place in Andreas and Manuela's private home — an intimate, relaxed setting where international guests come together. The easy-going atmosphere and the hosts' personal stories are just as much a part of the night as the food itself. Rooftop Dining is on the third floor at Pas d'en Quint 11, in the centre of Palma. From the rooftop terrace you can look out over the city's rooftops, including the cathedral.
