The kitchen at Rooftop El Llorenç takes a creative, distinctive approach to its menu. Dishes that have stood the test of time across many visits include tuna tartare, salmon nigiris, croquettes, and tiramisu. On the drinks side, you'll find cocktails and aperitifs — including house-made vermouth, available in both white and rosso. The culinary programme is run by restaurant Urbà, led by chef Santi Taura and his team. On the ground floor of the same building, you'll also find the gourmet restaurant Dins Santi Taura.

From the rooftop of El Llorenç, you get sweeping views across the Bay of Palma, the Cathedral, and the old town. Sunset from up here is something quite special. The atmosphere is calm and intimate — this is very much an address for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. Alongside the dining area, there's a solarium with sun loungers and Balinese beds. The infinity pool on the roof is reserved exclusively for hotel guests and is not available to restaurant visitors.
