Chicken, Croquetas and Mallorcan Home Cooking
The star of the menu is Pollos al Ast — whole chickens roasted on the spit, coming out juicy and beautifully seasoned. Homemade potatoes are another firm favourite, and the croquetas and paella are equally popular (advance ordering is recommended for the paella). The menu also features cannelloni, tumbet, albóndigas, ensaladilla, calamares and espaguetis — all made in-house from their own recipes. If you're planning something bigger, you can also pre-order a whole suckling pig.
