The menu at Shallow Sun Club takes its cues from Mexico, with dishes including tacos, guacamole, tuna tartare, octopus, croquettes and burgers. At the bar, cocktails take centre stage and are very much a highlight of the experience.

Pool & Rooftop

The centrepiece of the venue is a suspended infinity pool with a glass floor. From the rooftop terrace, you're treated to sweeping panoramic views across the Bay of Magaluf and out to sea.
