The menu takes no conventional tapas route — instead, Spanish, Asian, Latin American and Mediterranean influences are woven into distinct creations of their own. Dishes are divided into Fingerfood Tapas and so-called Main Tapas, a compact and considered structure. Standout plates include scallops, croquetas, ceviche cone, Black Angus steak, tuna tartare, octopus and chicken stroganoff. The desserts — among them a chocolate mousse and a course playfully staged as "childhood memories" — leave a lasting impression. Plating is a deliberate part of the experience: messages on the plates accompany every course.
