The kitchen at Xólotl is a love letter to traditional Mexican home cooking. Handmade corn tortillas are the restaurant's calling card, and the menu features tacos al pastor, green enchiladas, quesadillas, guacamole, nachos, aguachile, quesabirria and mole, with pastel de elote to finish.
