Parade through the streets of Felanitx with the hobby horses, demons, caparrots and little giants

Parade through the streets of Felanitx with the hobby horses, demons, caparrots and little giants

On 27 August, Felanitx hosts a festive street parade featuring stick horses, demons, caparrots and giant child figures. The event begins at the Casa de Cultura, where the first dance will take place, before the procession moves through the streets of the town. A cercavila is a traditional-style parade that brings figures, movement and a celebratory atmosphere into the public space. This is a chance to experience a lively element of Felanitx’s local festivities right in the town itself, following the procession as it makes its way through the streets.
