CORREFOC

On 29 August, Felanitx hosts a Correfoc, one of Mallorca’s most striking festive traditions. This fiery street procession brings together traditionally costumed figures and pyrotechnic elements, creating an intense, noisy spectacle that feels closely connected to the town’s local celebrations. The route starts and finishes at Plaça de Santa Margalida. If you choose to experience the Correfoc, expect sparks, smoke and plenty of energy. It is best enjoyed with a respectful distance and by following any safety guidance provided on site.
