The wooden benches of the Edelweis Alm are still warm when the first beer stein does its rounds — summer night outside, Schlager on full blast inside. Then Krümel takes the stage, and the Stadl shakes. Anyone who has experienced how Peguera celebrates this mix of après-ski nostalgia and holiday party energy understands immediately why the venue on Carrer Sebel·lí has been packed every summer for over fourteen years.

Concept
Marion Pfaff, known to the Mallorca scene as "Krümel", built together with her husband Daniel since 2011 what she herself describes: an Austrian Stadl on Mallorca. He wanted Austria, she wanted the sea — the result is a mountain-lodge atmosphere in the middle of Peguera summer nights. TV viewers know the founding story from "Goodbye Deutschland! Die Auswanderer", which followed the move and the venue's launch; "Zwischen Meer und Maloche" later documented everyday life behind the Stadl bar. Krümel is no newcomer to the Mallorca party scene: she performed at the Bierkönig for over eleven years before opening her own stage in Peguera.

Atmosphere
Inside, the space divides into distinct zones. The **Edelweis Alm** thrives on long wooden benches and the energy that builds when everyone stands on them — "Auf die Bänke, fertig, Prost" (up on the benches, ready, cheers) is a way of life here, not just a slogan. The **Salitos Lounge** offers some distance from the show bar and is just as reservable as the open and covered terraces. Those who prefer it quieter find room in the newly set-up bar in the back building — the former storage room converted into an overflow space where the music still carries through. Service and cleanliness receive consistently strong praise in guest reviews; the team comes to the tables, Krümel herself included.
Programme & Music
Live show every evening, no exceptions. DJs play Schlager, après-ski and Ballermann hits; between sets the headliners take the stage. The seasonal line-up reads like a mix of Mallorca party classics and reality TV faces: Menderes, Prince Damien, Paul Janke, Joe Verbeek, Desiree Hansen, Nora Lob, Yvonne Wölke & Peter Klein, Roberto Silver, Mia Weber, Alex Engel and Mario Teusch are among the regulars — plus guests like die Robens or Mike Heiter, familiar from television. In high summer, monthly open-air parties are added to the schedule. Check the event listing on this page for current act dates.
Who It's For & What Occasions
The Stadl is the right address for German-speaking holidaymakers who want a proper party night — not the anonymous crowd of the beer mile, but Schlager and atmosphere in a venue with an owner you actually know. Groups book the Edelweis Alm or the Lounge; couples find their rhythm in the quieter back bar. Those looking to meet TV personalities get their chance: the acts do table rounds before shows — photos and small talk are part of the evening.
Insider Tip
Booking a table is not a luxury, it is a necessity: the Stadl is sold out almost every night, and at seasonal peaks guests queue on the street outside. Walk-ins can retreat to the separate bar in the back building — same music, less crowding. At the bar, the focus is on draught beer, steins and longdrinks; those set on cocktails should be aware of the mixed reviews on that front. A second venue under the name Krümels Schatzi is in the pipeline, also in Peguera.
