German family with two daughters is looking for a small, affordable home in Mallorca – preferably a house in town or a finca in the countryside with a garden.
Preferably in the northeast, but open to other attractive locations.
We are looking for a property with charm, ideally also with renovation potential. An ETV license would be interesting, but is not essential.
Budget up to €550,000. Initially to be used as a family holiday home, later possibly as a permanent residence.
