24-hour care in Mallorca – caregivers from Poland

The agency Betreuung zuhaus’ has been organizing reliable in-home care since 2010. Our services are aimed in particular at German senior citizens who live permanently or temporarily in Mallorca and need support in everyday life.

A carefully selected caregiver from Poland lives in the household of the person being cared for and supports them – depending on individual needs – with housekeeping, cooking and shopping, personal care, mobility, accompaniment to doctor’s appointments, medication reminders, dementia care, as well as walks and shared daily activities.

Possible tasks of the caregiver:

• Support with housekeeping • Cooking, shopping, and meal preparation • Help with daily personal care • Support with mobility and transfers • Accompaniment to doctor’s appointments and errands • Reminder to take prepared medication • Care and activation for dementia • Walks, conversations, and shared leisure activities • Companionship and support in everyday life

Our service includes:

• personal consultation in German • individual assessment of care needs • careful selection of a suitable caregiver • reliable organization of travel and deployment • a dedicated contact person who speaks German and Polish • care assignments in Mallorca and other regions of Spain • personal support throughout the entire care period

Our goal is to enable people in need of care and support to live as safely, independently, and with as much dignity as possible in their familiar surroundings. At the same time, we reliably relieve relatives of the burden of organizing home care.

Medical treatment care, such as injections or wound care, is provided if needed by a local outpatient nursing service.

Care costs start at €2,600 per month and depend on the individual care needs, the desired German language skills, the caregiver’s qualifications, and the specific local conditions.
