The agency Betreuung zuhaus’ has been organizing personal and reliable senior care in the client’s own home since 2010.

Our location is listed as Palma. However, care assignments are possible throughout the entire island of Mallorca – in Palma as well as in Calvià, Santa Ponça, Peguera, Andratx, Alcúdia, Manacor, and other places.

Our services are aimed at German senior citizens who need support in everyday life, companionship, and greater safety in their familiar surroundings.

A carefully selected caregiver from Poland lives in the household of the person being cared for and supports them according to their individual needs. The focus is on respectful interaction, personal attention, and trustworthy support in daily life.

Possible tasks of the caregiver:

• Accompaniment on walks and errands
• Conversations, companionship, and shared activities
• Support with daily routines
• Accompaniment to doctor’s appointments

Our goal is to enable older people to live as independently, safely, and dignifiedly as possible in their own home. At the same time, family members receive reliable relief and a fixed contact person for all organizational questions.

Medical treatment care, for example injections, dressing changes, or wound care, is not part of the caregiver’s duties and, if needed, is provided by a local outpatient nursing service.

Care costs start at 2,600 euros per month. The exact price depends on the individual care needs, the desired German language skills, the caregiver’s qualifications, and the conditions on site.
