Cala Carbó
Description
Cala Carbó is a small, tranquil rocky cove near Cala Sant Vicenç in the north of Mallorca.
Water & Natural Setting
Turquoise, crystal-clear water is the defining feature of Cala Carbó. The cove is surrounded by wild mountain scenery, and the views from the bay and the surrounding rocks are truly impressive. The narrow sea inlet offers sheltered, calm conditions for swimming.
Snorkelling, Kayaking & SUP
Snorkelling is one of the most popular activities here — the clear water provides excellent visibility, and beneath the surface you'll find fish and seagrass meadows. Kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding are also great options to enjoy the cove.
Beach & Character
The cala is small and predominantly rocky, with very little sand to speak of. The limited space contributes to its peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. Another beach lies just nearby. The cove is a quieter alternative to the more popular neighbouring calas.
Location & Getting There
The cove is located in Cala Sant Vicenç (07469), in the municipality of Pollença. Free parking is available nearby, partly along the roadside. The cove is also easily reachable on foot.
