Mallorca: Prohens joins Beata procession in Santa Margalida

Marga Prohens is set to arrive at Santa Margalida Town Hall at 20.30 on Sunday, 6 September, before joining the Beata procession in the Mallorca town. The president of the Balearic Government will be accompanied by Santa Margalida mayor Martí Àngel Torres and other members of the municipal council. Llorenç Galmés, president of the Consell de Mallorca, will also attend.
After the floats pass, the group of officials will walk through the town’s streets to the church. There, the trencadissa — the breaking of jars — will take place.
