Mallorca’s Ma-19 motorway: Palma Local Police stop traffic on Sunday, 11 October, to rescue a lost dog wandering on the road. The force is now asking the public to help find its owners.
Officers gradually calm the dog. While they wait for the animal collection service, one officer stays beside it and holds it gently. In a social media post, the force says the dog found a safe place in the officer’s arms for a while.
