In the first encounter, officers see two men slap hands and separate when they notice the patrol. A search finds several banknotes in one man’s hand and a plastic-wrapped ball of hashish in the other’s. The man with the money also has two more balls of hashish, cocaine and the drug known as “tusi”. Police take him to the local station and propose a penalty for the other man.

A few days later, a different patrol sees the first man approach someone on the street. The two slap hands and walk apart. One officer stops the other man, who says he has just bought hashish. His colleague then arrests the suspected seller.
