Mallorca has 7 of Spain’s 10 most expensive homes
Seven of Spain’s 10 costliest homes are on Mallorca, led by a villa in Pollença, Mallorca, listed at €46 million. The property has 11 rooms and access to the sea, according to a ranking by property portal Idealista reported on 26 August. It is the island’s most expensive home in the list.
Only three places in Spain’s top 10 are outside Mallorca: first, fourth and seventh, all on the Costa del Sol. The Mallorca properties are in Pollença, Palma, Puigpunyent, Esporles and Calvià.
Another Mallorca home, priced at €39.5 million, ranks third in Spain. The lowest-priced Mallorca property in the top 10 costs €24.5 million and comes tenth.
