Mallorca fire: three aircraft battle flames near Inca

Three aircraft are battling an agricultural fire at the Son Catiu farm in Inca, Mallorca, on the afternoon of 2 September 2026. The flames are concentrated at the foot of Puig de Santa Magdalena. The Balearic Nature Institute, known as Ibanat, is coordinating the response with Mallorca Firefighters.
Ibanat has sent three fire engines, 14 forest firefighters and three environmental agents to support Mallorca Firefighters at the scene.
