Hotel bookings: HBX brings predictive AI to decisions
Hotels using HBX Group’s technology are set to get earlier warnings of changes in booking demand under a new AI deal announced in Madrid on Wednesday, 2 September 2026. HBX Group is adding Swiss company Vorsee’s ActionOS platform to tools used by its hotel partners. The system is intended to turn booking and demand data into faster commercial decisions.
Vorsee, owned by ZYTLYN Technologies AG, will be built into HBX Group’s digital network, including Partner Portal, Roiback and Civitfun. Its forecasting models will work with HBX’s demand and reservation data, allowing hotels to automate market analysis and anticipate shifts in tourist flows.
The platform uses specialised AI agents — software designed to carry out defined tasks — operating under pre-set controls. They will produce recommendations on revenue management, room pricing, marketing campaigns and how inventory is distributed according to where demand comes from.
Javier Cabrerizo, HBX Group’s head of Strategy, Transformation and Artificial Intelligence, said the agreement brings together tourism-focused forecasts, real-time market signals and AI agents that can turn information into action. Vorsee founder and chief executive Houman Goudarzi said HBX’s global reach and infrastructure could extend those forecasting capabilities across the sector and link market trends with hotels’ day-to-day commercial operations.
