Mallorca’s Palma Airport has 932 flights scheduled for Saturday, 10 October, the busiest day of the long weekend. Across the Balearic Islands, airports expect 1,350 flights that day, according to airport operator Aena. Eivissa has 282 scheduled and Menorca 136.

From 9 to 12 October, the three island airports expect 5,165 flights in all. Palma accounts for 3,574, Eivissa for 1,136 and Menorca for 455. The break runs through Monday’s national holiday.

That total is 122 fewer than the 5,287 flights recorded across the islands on the same dates last year. The comparison is not quite like-for-like: the national holiday fell on a Sunday in 2025, but falls on a Monday this year.
