Mallorca ferry prices: Palma–Valencia down 27.3%
Mallorca ferry prices on the route from Palma, Mallorca, to Valencia fall 27.3%: the representative fare for two adults with a car stands at €66.32 in the third quarter of 2026. The Barcelona–Palma fare falls too, but other Balearic routes get dearer. Ferry booking platform Ferryhopper sets out the changes in its price index, comparing fares with the same quarter in 2025.
Cheaper to Palma, dearer on other routes
The representative fare for two adults with a car between Barcelona and Palma is €58.46, down 21.3%. On the Barcelona–Ibiza route, the comparable fare rises 20.4% to €54.64. Between Barcelona and Ciutadella, it climbs 28.8% to €172.08.
The average hides the differences
Across routes between mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the representative fare for two adults with a car falls 3.2%, from €99.08 to €95.95. For inter-island journeys, the fare for one adult without a vehicle drops 2.1% to €49.22.
Anna Maria Pes, Ferryhopper’s account manager for Spain, says competition, capacity, demand and economic conditions differ by route. The lower average, she says, cannot tell the whole story of what happens to each fare.
