Mallorca weather stays calm with light winds on Monday
Mallorca weather stays settled on Monday, 31 August, with light winds across the island and little change in temperatures. The same pattern is expected across the Balearic Islands. In the Mediterranean, the wind will mainly come from the east.
Spain’s State Meteorological Agency, Aemet, forecasts largely stable conditions for most of the country, with few clouds or clear skies. Mallorca and the Balearics are set to avoid the sharper changes seen elsewhere.
Eastern Cantabria and the western Pyrenees could see maximum temperatures fall by more than 6 degrees. In the Guadalquivir valley, however, temperatures may again exceed 35 degrees, with highs of 38 degrees forecast in Córdoba and 37 degrees in Seville, Granada and Jaén.
