16 migrants reach Mallorca by boat at Ses Salines

Sixteen people of Maghrebi origin arrived by small boat at the Ses Salines lighthouse on Mallorca on Saturday and were intercepted after landing. The boat was located at 16.15, the Spanish Government Delegation in the Balearic Islands said. The Guardia Civil, the Provincial Maritime Service and the Command’s Citizen Security Unit took part in the operation.
Five small boats carrying 72 migrants in total reached the Balearic Islands on Saturday.
