Mallorca may hit 35ºC as Menorca mini-tsunami alert stays

Parts of Mallorca could exceed 35ºC on Saturday, while Menorca remains under an orange warning for rissagas, known as mini-tsunamis.
The State Meteorological Agency, Aemet, expects maximum temperatures to rise across much of Spain. In the eastern Balearic Islands, however, they are likely to change little or fall in some places.
Night-time temperatures are set to drop across the Balearics, although tropical nights are still possible on the islands. That means the temperature does not fall below 20ºC.
Breezes will dominate along the coast. Winds across the Balearics are forecast to come mainly from the east and north.
