Mallorca weather: muddy rain and storms on Thursday

Mallorca and the Balearic Islands face cloudy to overcast skies on Thursday, 27 August, with light rain carrying mud and occasional thunderstorms possible. Spain’s State Meteorological Agency, Aemet, expects the unsettled weather across the islands.
The forecast points to little change in temperatures. Winds will be light to moderate, blowing from the south and south-west.
The rain is expected to be weak, but it may arrive mixed with mud. Clouds are set to cover much of the sky, while thunderstorms could break out at times as the southerly and south-westerly winds continue.
