Mallorca: Woman stabbed by partner in intensive care

Mallorca: A woman remains in intensive care after her partner stabbed her in Palma, Mallorca, on Friday. Balearic Islands president Marga Prohens condemned the attack and said IbDona’s 24-hour service had been activated to support the woman and those close to her.
In a post on X, Prohens thanked medical staff and security services for their response. Francina Armengol, the speaker of Spain’s Congress of Deputies, also expressed support for the woman and wished her a swift recovery. She called for a firm stand against violence towards women.
