Mallorca election: PP picks Colom for Lloret de Vistalegre

In Lloret de Vistalegre, Mallorca, the People's Party (PP) picks Patrick Colom to run for mayor in the municipal election on 23 May 2027. The party wants to win back the town hall, it says in a statement issued on 22 October 2026.
The PP says it wants local people to have a greater say in council decisions. Colom thanks the party for its trust and says he will speak to people, listen to their proposals and look for answers to everyday problems. He hopes that approach will help the PP regain residents' trust and return to office.
