Mallorca’s Palma airport is set to handle 3,574 flights from Friday 9 to Monday 12 October 2026. Across the Balearic Islands’ three airports, 5,165 flights are expected over the Pilar holiday weekend, according to airport operator Aena. Friday alone accounts for 1,281 of them.

Saturday is the busiest day across the three airports, with 1,350 flights scheduled. Sunday follows with 1,324, while Monday has 1,210. Over the four days, Eivissa airport is due to handle 1,136 flights and Menorca airport 455.

The islands’ total is 122 flights below the 5,287 recorded from 9 to 12 October 2025. The dates are the same, but the four-day stretch is different: Spain’s National Day fell on a Sunday last year, when the figures covered Thursday to Sunday. This year they cover Friday to the holiday Monday.
