Mallorca's 21 property projects rank third at Civislend
Mallorca has 21 property projects financed through Civislend, putting it third in the company's tally behind Madrid and Málaga. The property-lending platform published the figures on Thursday, 22 October 2026. Madrid has 51 projects and Málaga has 30.
Together, the three locations account for €202.3 million in funding and more than 1,400 homes, Civislend says. That money is not Mallorca's alone: the company gives no separate funding or home figure for the island. Madrid accounts for 1,276 of the homes.
The funding model is called property crowdlending. Several people lend money to a developer and can receive interest in return. Civislend says housing is its main focus, but its projects also include tourist developments, hotels and the conversion of offices and commercial premises into homes.
