Five Balearic firms picked for Spain’s TOP 101 awards
Five firms from the Balearic Islands are on Spain’s TOP 101 Spain Up Nation list for innovation and business growth. The Balearic Ministry of Business, the Self-Employed and Energy announced their selection on 6 October. They will receive the TOP 101 seal at a gala in Logroño, Spain, on 18 November.
From public alerts to food waste
Seguritir runs a platform for public alerts and preventive messages. Tipdata works on industrial automation and digital processes, while Gestobra brings building-project budgets, costs and documents into one place.
LogIA uses artificial intelligence to help prevent food waste. Plaved Tech combines consultancy, project management and delivery.
What comes with a place on the list
Foro ADR and Enisa run the awards nationally. The Balearic Regional Development Agency, ADRBalears, managed the regional selection process and appointed the committee that chose the projects.
The firms will also get tailored training and opportunities to meet other businesses. Proof of the award will give them direct recognition of their level of innovation for start-up certification.
