Campos sits in the south of Mallorca, on flat terrain between the salt marshes of Ses Salines and the hinterland of Felanitx. The town is a market hub, not a coastal settlement — and its climate reflects that character: no sea breeze to cool things down, no mountain shelter, just open, sun-drenched inland weather.
Annual rainfall, according to aggregator climate data, runs around 495 mm — barely above the AEMET Palma reference figure of 449 mm. That's the lowest precipitation of any location in this group: the south of Mallorca is naturally dry. November is the wettest month at around 83 mm; July is the driest at around 8 mm.
Summers in Campos are hot. Daily highs in July and August reach around 30°C — and in the height of summer, without a sea breeze, the inland can get warmer than the coastal towns. The daily average in July sits at around 26°C. The slight elevation difference from the coast does mean nights cool off a bit more.
