Mallorca's Calvià cemeteries open until 20.00

On Mallorca, the cemeteries at Calvià Vila and Es Capdellà in Calvià open from 07.00 to 20.00 this Saturday and Sunday for All Saints’ Day. Calvià Town Council is finishing preparations at both sites and says the work is intended to keep visits safe and running smoothly.

Local Police officers will manage access to both cemeteries. Parking is limited to marked areas, with no parking on the main approaches. Vehicles may still pass through to drop off or collect people with reduced mobility or others who need help.

The municipal works brigade and staff from the public companies Oh!Limpia and Calvià 2000 are handling cleaning, maintenance and security. From Monday, both cemeteries return to their winter hours of 09.00 to 18.00.
