The federation plans to launch a sponsorship and crowdfunding campaign on 13 October. It wants to secure the funds its judoka need to continue representing the Balearic Islands at national and international tournaments.

Federation president Miquel Àngel Bisquera is due to explain how the aid was lost. He also plans to criticise the lack of an extraordinary procedure to put the situation right.
