Mallorca: Prohens seeks 20 October Balearic policy debate

Palma, Mallorca: Balearic president Marga Prohens wants the islands’ annual policy debate to begin on Tuesday, 20 October. She filed her proposal with the Parliament of the Balearic Islands on Tuesday, 13 October, for consideration under its rules.
Prohens says the Balearic Government’s council agreed to the move last Friday. Her request cites article 185.1 of the parliament’s rules. The proposed start date now rests with parliament.
