Mallorca: more than 150 researchers, teachers, professionals and students meet at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) campus from Thursday 5 November to Saturday to discuss behaviour. The gathering is a congress of the Spanish Society for Behaviour Analysis (Savecc).

The university says the programme covers language, complex learning and the ABA method. Participants are also sharing experimental, theoretical and applied research from different areas of psychology.

UIB vice-rector Cristina Moreno and society president Santiago Benjumea speak at Thursday’s opening. Karola Dillenburger, president of the European Association for Behaviour Analysis and a doctor at Queen’s University Belfast, gives the opening lecture. The congress continues until Saturday.
