Mallorca: Four rescued after boat reaches Cala Mondragó

Four people are rescued on Mallorca after their boat reaches the shore at Cala Mondragó, in the municipality of Santanyí, on Tuesday morning, 6 October. The four are from the Maghreb, according to the Spanish Government Delegation. It says they arrived in a boat known as a patera and puts the incident at around 09.10.
Officers from the Guardia Civil’s main station in Santanyí respond. The rescue takes place after the four reach the coastline. The delegation gives no further details of how the operation unfolded.
