Balearic business confidence falls 4.2% in Q4 2026

Business confidence across the Balearic Islands, including Mallorca, falls 4.2% in the fourth quarter of 2026 compared with the third. The figure covers the islands as a whole, not Mallorca separately. The National Statistics Institute published the figures on Tuesday, 20 October.
Despite the drop, 24.8% of firms expect a favourable quarter. Another 10.2% are pessimistic about the next three months. Across Spain, business confidence falls 1.8% compared with the third quarter.
