Camino del Salinar in Andratx tops Spain’s priciest streets
Camino del Salinar in Andratx, Mallorca, is Spain’s most expensive street for buying a home, according to a study by idealista published on 20 August 2026. Properties on the road carry an average asking price of €15 million.
The ranking places Paseo de los Lagos in La Finca, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, second, with average asking prices of €11 million. Coto Zagaleta, a residential development in Benahavís, Málaga, ranks third at €10.5 million.
Palma streets also feature in the top six
Calle Mossa in Palma, Mallorca, takes fourth place, where homes are offered at an average of €9.8 million. Paseo del Conde de los Gaitanes in La Moraleja, Madrid, follows with an average asking price of €8.9 million.
Calle Binicaubell, also in Palma, is sixth in the study. Its properties have an average asking price of €7.9 million.
