Mallorca: A parcel with five bags of cannabis leads to a 39-year-old man’s arrest in Calvià, Mallorca, on Tuesday morning. The Civil Guard says a business alerted officers after receiving the parcel in mid-July. Each vacuum-packed, tightly sealed bag weighed about one kilogram.
Officers seized the cannabis and began tracing where the parcel had come from and who it was meant for. They identified its intended recipient and organised several operations to find him. The investigation continued for weeks before officers located and arrested the man on Tuesday morning. They later handed him over to the judicial authorities.
