The Royal Spanish Football Federation has not given a reason for Coll’s withdrawal. She will leave the training camp in Las Rozas, Spain, and return to Barça Femení in the coming hours. Astralaga has made 22 appearances for Spain’s youth teams.

Spain face the United States at Audi Field in Washington on Saturday, 10 October, at 20.30 mainland Spanish time. They meet again at Subaru Park in Chester, Pennsylvania, during the night leading into Wednesday, 14 October. The matches will help Spain’s coaches assess the team before it defends its World Cup title in Brazil next year.

The squad also welcomes back Oihane Hernández and Ainhoa Marín. Aitana Bonmatí, Vicky López and Mariona Caldentey are absent for physical or rest reasons; Alba Redondo and first-time call-up Natalia Ramos have joined the squad.
